Return & Refund Policy
Every Dozer product is made to order specifically for you.
Production typically takes around 1 week before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 4–15 business days, depending on your destination.
Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Production & Delivery
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong colour or design
- Accidental purchases
- Normal wear and tear
Please review all product information and sizing carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrectly printed
- The wrong item
- Materially different from what you ordered
please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@dozerdrop.com.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping
Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong colour or design
- Accidental purchases
- Normal wear and tear
Please review all product information and sizing carefully before placing your order.
Manufacturing Variations
Our products are produced using a sublimation printing process.
Minor variations in colour, print placement, stitching, or fabric alignment are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your monitor or mobile device settings.
Delivery Delays
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather events, or periods of unusually high demand.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your parcel appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us at hello@dozerdrop.com.
We'll investigate the shipment with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange either:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our production partners begin manufacturing shortly after an order is placed.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@dozerdrop.com.
While we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, we will provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required.
